1.Advanced VHP sterilization technology is used to sterilize the cover of aseptic bag online.

2.The new aseptic system (NAS) and aseptic monitoring system (ACPM) are adopted to ensure that the aseptic air 

flow required for aseptic conditions is completely controlled in a closed loop, and the production is automatically 

corrected or promptly suspended in case of deviation to ensure the quality of the product.

3.The cover pulling adopts servo control, which can be adjusted online according to various cover types, so that the 

switching between different cover shapes is simple and fast.

4.The bag feeding adopts servo control, which can adjust the positioning online according to the size of the aseptic bag, 

so that the switching between different sizes of bags is simple and fast.
